The comprehensive solution safeguards sensitive personal data while presenting both parties with the objective insights they need to make meaningful progress.

Brightflag simplifies data collection with a standardized survey that securely gathers details related to a timekeeper’s gender, ethnicity, military service, LGBTQ+, and disability statuses. This data is then aggregated and presented at a law firm level to facilitate analysis and benchmarking. Key Brightflag reports include:

Considering the heightened sensitivity of diversity and inclusion issues, Brightflag is also taking extraordinary measures to protect timekeeper privacy. Individual survey responses are pseudonymized, encrypted, and never shared with clients nor colleagues. Additionally, timekeepers have the right to opt out of the survey in whole or in part.
