Brightflag commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct two Total Economic Impact™ studies to examine the return on investment and potential financial impact of Brightflag’s e-billing and matter management platform. One study evaluated first-time buyers of an ELM platform, and the other evaluated replacement buyers of a legacy ELM with Brightflag.

What the Forrester Total Economic Impact Study found:

• 387% ROI for the composite organization implementing Brightflag as its first ELM platform
• 335% ROI for the composite organization replacing a legacy ELM with Brightflag
• The first-time buyer composite organization recouped 4% of spend out of billing compliance, while the replacement buyer composite organization recouped 2%, through enforcement of billing guidelines
• Payback in under 6 months in both studies
• Implementation time of 6 weeks for first-time buyers and 10 weeks for replacement buyers
