Introducing Brightflag’s 2025–2026 Customer Advisory Board
At Brightflag, customer-centricity isn’t a catchphrase; it’s our core operating principle. That’s why, when I joined the company, I chose the title of Chief Customer Officer. It was a deliberate decision to signal that every product innovation, every strategic investment, and every conversation about the future of our business would be grounded in the needs and perspectives of our customers.
Legal teams around the world are embracing AI to gain visibility into their operations with greater ambition than ever before. To ensure Brightflag continues to grow in lockstep with the evolving needs of these teams, we’re thrilled to announce the 2025–2026 Brightflag Customer Advisory Board.
Now entering its second year, the Customer Advisory Board serves as a mechanism for our most engaged and experienced customers to shape the direction of our platform. This year’s Board includes a diverse, global group of legal leaders selected to represent a range of industries, company sizes, and operating models. Their insights will influence our roadmap and strategy, from AI-driven product enhancements to the evolution of outside counsel management best practices.
