Brightflag’s annual Legal Operations Compensation Report features insights gathered from the hundreds of corporate legal operations professionals who fill out our compensation survey each year.
Its aim is to help legal operations professionals, General Counsel, and HR leaders benchmark legal operations salaries, understand compensation trends, and discover the key drivers of pay among legal ops professionals.
Now in its fourth year, the report has become the authoritative source for corporate legal operations salary benchmarks. It also provides a snapshot of corporate legal operations in 2025: the geographic breadth, the vertical penetration, and the career paths its professionals are taking.
