Welcoming Our New Chief Customer Officer Kevin Cohn

At Brightflag we put our customers at the center of everything we do. We are building intelligent ELM for modern legal teams – this means being dedicated to helping GCs, legal ops professionals and in-house lawyers be the best-run department in their organization.

And we are doubling down on it. We are delighted to bring on board Kevin Cohn as our Chief Customer Officer.

Kevin is a smart and experienced guy. In his last role, he led operations at Smartling – the smart language translation platform – and played a key role in their growth. Before that, he was COO with Atypon, a leader in software for academic publishers.

Kevin brings a wealth of SaaS experience with him to Brightflag. He will be focused on making sure every part of the company is centered around our customers – current and future. This means he will be responsible for sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

To the GC and legal ops community, if you haven’t already met Kevin, you soon will. He’s a road warrior (traveled over 250k miles a year for the last 5 years!), and he’s not stopping any time soon.

We’ve seen explosive growth over the last 2 years. We are at the crest of a movement in corporate legal, where intelligent platforms like Brightflag are transforming the way legal services are delivered. And we recently raised a large $8.5m Series A to continue this growth and keep building the best forward-looking technology for legal teams.

We are excited to have people like Kevin join and help us drive this movement and double down on what has made us successful up to now – listening to, understanding, and responding to our customers.

Why not schedule a demo at a time that suits you?
