Terms and Conditions for Brightflag’s 2023 Golden Ticket Promotion

By entering the Golden Ticket to CGI contest, each entrant is deemed to agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Entrants must be full-time corporate legal operations professionals working in the U.S. who have not already registered to attend CGI.
• “The Golden Ticket” prize means: US internal flights to and from Las Vegas via an airline carrier of Brightflag’s choosing, 3 nights room-only accommodation for one person at a hotel of Brightflag’s choosing, and a ticket to CGI in Las Vegas.
• The Golden Ticket prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The winner of the competition must take part in a recorded video interview with Brightflag at CGI which the winner agrees can be used by Brightflag in future marketing and social media promotions, along with the initial video submitted by the winner, and shall agree for their name and image to be featured in social media promotion of the competition and the CGI event by Brightflag.
• The Golden Ticket prize does not include personal expenditure and / or reimbursement of any other travel or incidental costs.
• It is the responsibility of competition entrants to ensure they have all valid travel documentation and appropriate insurance.
• Brightflag reserves the right to substitute the Golden Ticket prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• There is no cash alternative to the Golden Ticket prize (or any part of it) and the Golden Ticket prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Brightflag reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
• The winner will be picked from all eligible and correct entries received before 00:00 (EDT) on 30 April 2023.
• Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, neither Brightflag nor any of its officers, employees, directors or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any competition entrant, winner and/or any third party or to any property belonging to any competition entrant, winner and/or any third party in connection with the Golden Ticket prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever.”
